Before You Reach Out

Many issues can be resolved quickly:

• Script won't generate. Check your internet connection and try again in a few moments.
• Restore a subscription. Open Settings → Restore purchases in the app.
• Manage or cancel a subscription. Go to your Apple Account settings → Subscriptions.
• App feels out of date. Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store.

Sending Effective Feedback

You can send feedback directly from the app at Settings → Send feedback, and optionally attach a screenshot. When you email us, it helps to include:

• What you were trying to do and what happened.
• Your device model and iOS version.
• A screenshot, if relevant.
